Catering confirmed bookings: It is important to check the details of your quote thoroughly to ensure all pricing is correct and that you are satisfied with the confirmed details. Confirmation of the quote can be taken by email.
Catering will be secured when The Food Crew receives a confirming email from you.
GST: Prices quoted in the The Food Crew menus do not include GST. This is added to your quote at 10% rate .
A deposit of 40% of the total catering amount is charged if your catering is more than 15 days from date of booking and/or more than $500 in total.
Full payment: Full payment is to be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Outstanding invoices may incur charges at 10%/day. Payment will be accepted by Direct deposit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners card.Please note that payments made by Amex or Diners card will attract a fee of 1.5% added to your total invoice amount.
Final numbers: 2 business working days notice required for final numbers, accepted by email.
Cancellations: If you cancel your catering, the following cancellation charges will apply:
Notice of more than 7 days: Full deposit refunded
Notice of 4-6 days: 50% of your deposit will be refunded
Notice of 3 days or less: No refund on the full confirmed catering amount charged
Staff charges: If you require waiting staff, this is charged at an hourly rate per staff member per hour with a minimum booking of four hours. Staff is charged at $38.50 per hour Mon-Fri. Separate rate appies for Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays.
Hire Goods: Please enquire rates of any required hire items. Breakages and losses of hire items will be charged at full replacement cost of the goods broken or lost.
